Will Haven : WVHN

Fresno - If She Could Speak - Jaworski - Slopez - End Summary - Subtitles - Genesis 11 - Dallass Drake - Death Do Us Part - Muse - Miguel Abburido - I've Seen My Fate (appliance remix) - Sign Off

WHVN is the long awaited, follow-up to el DIABLO, a full length record produced by Eric Stenman (also responsible for el Diablo) at Enharmonik Studios and mixed and mastered by Andy Sneap (Machine Head, Testament, Earth Crisis) at Backstage Studios.

This is as good a follow up to el DIABLO as anyone could want, if you're not aware of what Will Haven do, then to label them as a hardcore or anything else simply won't help you at all.

There is a definite aggression in the melody, and yes I do say melody, the music is dysfunctional yet has a definite focus on groove. A good example of how different there music is can be heard on Jaworski and Slopez. Jaworski is one of the fastest tracks on the album, yet Slopez starts off very slowly, but as Jaworski, it has an amazing groove. Vocally there's no-one else out there like this, Grady screams like it'll be his last and there's unmistakable passion in his lyrics.

This is well worth buying if you like heavy music that's off the beaten track. If you get the chance to see them live, take it up. Having toured with bands like Deftones and Hatebreed, you know the show will be as diverse as it will be fun.
