They've mellowed out considerably on the smooth-movin' MAKE YOURSELF. Privilege opens with the energy reminiscent of S.C.I.E.N.C.E. but Incubus change the pace with the next track. This is a less eclectic record compared to earlier outings, as there seems to be more focus on not over complicating things.

Personally I like the complex things so this isn't quite what I'd hoped. However what is easy to see is that the musicianship on this record is flawless. I do wish it had been heavier but atleast they haven't been obvious and repeated themselves.
